“Heart warming adventure
This is a very different book to what I normally listen too, as I prefer cozy mysteries but I actually enjoyed it. The story is a fun, feel good adventure with cute animals and a lesson we should all learn. The story is set around a dog that is lost in the forest and the lessons she must learn to make it to the end. She is helped by other forest creatures, as well as a unicorn, fairies and sprites. Okay it does sound strange but the way the story unfolds it works. The creatures have to face different life lessons, of which there are many such as friendship, bravery, how to listen, as well as do battle with a dark shadow. All this means the story never had the chance to get boring. The author cleverly crafts an enchanting world with her words and has plotted out a heart warming adventure that is suitable for any age.” Julie
